We are now looking for a dedicated District Nurse for our fine healthcare center in Svedala. The facility, located centrally in Svedala, opened in August 2024 and is in an exciting phase of development. You will have a varied job, close colleagues, and the opportunity to influence your everyday work. We have a workplace with high ceilings where we constantly strive to improve our processes. We care about a work environment where everyone can develop and feel proud of their own and our collective efforts. At the healthcare center, there are specialists in general medicine. We have clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, rehabilitation, social worker, occupational therapist, and dietitian. We also provide travel vaccinations.

About you:

You who are applying: District Nurse who is confident in both person and profession and has a patient-focused approach and can work both independently and in a team. You should be proactive, attentive, accommodating, and engaged. Your tasks at the healthcare center are varied and cover the general medical field where you meet patients of all ages and situations. The work is largely independent when triaging, treating, and following up with patients. There is close collaboration with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented both via phone, digital meetings, and in-person consultations. Some acute work occurs, which means you need to be able to prioritize and make quick decisions. We want to provide cutting-edge primary care and view positively if you have an interest in the digitization of healthcare and new working methods. We would also like you to have experience in outpatient work, and if you have worked in a healthcare center before, it is an advantage.
